Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of teachers in planning, implementing the learning process, and completeness of administration, as well as knowing the obstacles faced by teachers in the integrated thematic learning process through clinical supervision. The study was conducted in two cycles. Data collection is done by the method of observation for the teacher's ability to plan the learning process and carry out the learning process. The data is then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the application of clinical supervision was able to improve the ability of teachers to manage the thematic learning process in elementary schools.
